Welcome back to Opera Lane.  Upon your return you will notice new ground markings to help you maintain the current social distancing guidelines.

Please be aware that there will be limited capacity in stores and you may have to queue. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Also note that stores are unable to process Online returns at this time.

Phase 2 – Store updates from June 22nd

Next will open at 10.30 am on Wednesday June 24th.  Customers will enter via Opera Lane and will exit onto Academy St.  Queues are anticipated and customers are asked to follow the advice of store personnel.  Store hours are limited with the store open 10.30am – 6.30pm Monday – Saturday and 12 noon – 6.30pm on Sundays.

As far as possible please use contactless payment methods.  As with all stores on Opera Lane, fitting rooms remain closed.  

Phase 2 – Store updates from June 15th

River Island will welcome customers back from Thursday June 18th.  Hours are limited between 11-5pm Monday- Saturday and from 12-6pm on Sundays.  As with all stores numbers will be limited and there will be a queuing system in place.  Please remember to observe the social distancing guidelines and follow the advice of staff.

Phase 2 – Store Updates from June 8th

GAP will open on Friday June 12th at 10.30 am.  As with all stores there are restrictions on numbers allowed in the store at any one time and customers are advised that queues are likely. Please follow the staff advice and remember to observe the social distancing guidelines.

Topshop & Topman will both open from 10.30 am on Thursday June 11th.  New Covid 19 Protocols apply in store.  Please be aware that this store will only accept contactless payments.  Internet returns or exchanges cannot be processed at this time.  All fittings rooms are closed.

H&M  will open from 11 am on Thursday June 11th.  Please note: Entry into the store will be via the Academy St entrance.  There will be no entry via Opera Lane, the doors here will only be used for customers exiting the store.   Customers are advised that there will be limited capacity within the store and that queues are likely.

Tommy Hilfiger will open its doors again on Monday June 8th. New trading hours are 11.30am – 5.30pm. Customers are advised that there will be limited capacity in store and that queues are likely.

Skechers will open on Monday June 8th . Customers are advised that there will be limited capacity in store and that queues are likely.

Office Shoes will open on Monday June 8th . Customers are advised that there will be limited capacity in store and that queues are likely.

Specsavers, Opera Lane, is now back open with you in mind and able to offer routine eye tests. They’ll be following government advice and carrying out new safety measures in store.

Compu b

Monday – Saturday 9.30 am – 6 pm

All Compu b stores are open from Tuesday 19th May, store opening times may vary, opening times are available here. Click and Collect is also available during store opening hours. Should you require a repair to your Apple device, our Apple certified technicians will also be available. You can book your appointment here.

We wish to reassure you that the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, team members and the wider community remains our priority. Across the business we are operating within guidelines set out by the Health Service Executive. We have introduced the following measures in stores:

• Strict social distancing measures are in place with signage to guide our customers. We also ask that a maximum of one customer is present in store at any one time.
• Perspex screens are in place at our active till points.
• Mobile hand sanitisers are available for customer use.
• We will no longer be accepting cash payments.
• Staff have been instructed to wash their hands, at minimum, once per hour and use disposable gloves when handling customer devices.
• Staff are cleaning and disinfecting all tills, countertops, demo devices, payment machine keypads and door handles.

We can also continue to support you from the comfort of your home. Online deliveries continue to operate as normal at this time. You can also book a face to face consultation using a computer, tablet or phone with your personal Apple sales expert with Compu b Connected . In addition, for a limited time only, we are offering free enrolment to Compu b Learning, allowing you to unlock the full potential of your Apple devices from home.
